We at Lincoln County Emergency Services (Dispatch 911) are the first of the first responders. We are committed to answering all 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls with professionalism, integrity, and compassion while efficiently dispatching police, fire and emergency medical services. Customer service is essential to our success, so we treat each caller with empathy and respect. Our dedicated and highly trained professionals routinely offer life-saving medical instructions in addition to providing accurate public safety information.

We are looking to hire a couple Emergency Communications Officers to join our team.
Starting salary is $18.68 an hour. You will work approximately 14 days a month with every other weekend off!

The Lincoln County Emergency Service Board is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking leader to serve as the Executive Director of Lincoln County Emergency Services (Dispatch 911). This critical role ensures the safety and security of our growing community by overseeing the county’s emergency communications center. If you’re passionate about public safety, skilled in managing complex systems, and experienced in leading teams, this position offers the change to make a lasting impact.

The Executive Director will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with public safety agencies, government leaders, and the community to provide exceptional emergency communication services. This position requires a balance of operational oversight, strategic planning, and community engagement to ensure the highest standard of public safety response. Experience with CAD integration preferred.
