A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES BOARD FIXING THE DATES AND TIMES FOR ITS 2022 MEETINGS

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES BOARD AS FOLLOWS:

RESOLVED, that the regular scheduled Board meetings for 2022 shall be held on the following dates and times:

• May 19^th @ 6:00 P.M.
• June 16^th @ 6:00 P.M.
• July 21^st @ 6:00 P.M.
• August 18^th @ 6:00 P.M.
• September 15^th @ 6:00 P.M.
• October 20^th @ 6:00 P.M.
• November 17^th @ 3:00 P.M.
• December 15^th @ 3:00 P.M.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the regular Board meetings will be held in the Community Room of Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, located at 1112 East Cherry St., Troy, Missouri until such time as Board of Directors announces otherwise.
